4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment terms include:

• Payment must be made at the time of booking
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All payments are processed securely
• Invoices will be provided for all transactions

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms:

• Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled time: Full refund
• Cancellations made 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before: No refund
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
